this story begins with a small, lonely fox. she wandered a vast forest endlessly for years & years, never finding her place as if her only fate was to drift endlessly beneath the trees. her paws grew weary, her heart heavier — until one day, in the deep center of the forest, she stumbled upon a strange strawberry bush. among its berries was one that glowed as though kissed by starlight. even so, the little fox being curious, gently plucked the glowing fruit from it's stem. without hesitation she had swallowed it whole & in an instant her world turned to darkness . . .when she opened her eyes, a tiny, fluffy creature was pawing gently at her cheek — a cat-like creature, its fur white as cream with pink frosting dripping from its ear. ❛❛ this forest isn't your true destiny . . ❞ it whispered. ❛❛ i need you . . . others need you too ! ❞ the fox sat up, startled. something within her had changed. her body felt different . . her heart was lighter . . . her mind was bright with possibility. she was no longer just a fox — she had blossomed into a kemonomimi, the girl now known as marmifu.the small white creature stayed by her side, soon becoming her dearest best friend & companion, named cake. together, they explored the world beyond the forest. at first, everything was strange but with each step she discovered new joys & new dreams. in time, she found her greatest passions — planting seeds of happiness in others hearts & baking of course. with cake by her side, she opened a small bakery, filling it with the sweet scents of strawberries & sugar, with it, a sense of purpose she had never known before.she was grateful for the new life that the strange fruit, which she found out was actually cake, had given to her. along the way sharing her message to the world ;ㅤㅤㅤ❛❛ nothing can bind their hearts to sorrow — happiness waits for them . . .
